About Ayava

One founder. Full accountability. No account-manager layer.

Ayava Creatives is built and run by me — Ayush Saini, a full-stack developer and growth marketer who builds the product and markets it, without handing either off to someone else.

The Story

How Ayava started.

I didn't start as a marketer. I started as a developer.

Before Ayava existed, I was building the things other people would eventually market — CRM dashboards, e-commerce stores, product sites for platforms that needed to work, not just look good in a pitch deck. That's where the instinct for this agency comes from: I've been on the other side of the table, shipping the code that a campaign either supports or embarrasses.

I'm currently a Full-Stack Developer & Growth Marketer at NextepSolution, where I work across both the build and the go-to-market side of a CRM platform — the same split that Ayava now runs on. Before that, I was a Web Developer at Dreamzcraft, and before that, a Performance Marketing Specialist at banksathi, running paid acquisition day to day. That sequence — dev, dev, marketing, both — isn't a resume gap. It's the actual order I learned this in: build first, then learn to sell what you built, then realize the two were never separate disciplines to begin with.

Alongside that, I've been finishing a Bachelor of Computer Applications at Himgiri Zee University. The degree and the client work have run in parallel, not one after the other — most of what's in this section happened while I was still a student, which is worth saying plainly rather than glossing over.

The projects that taught me the most weren't hypothetical. NextepSolution and Nextep Ventures gave me the B2B/SaaS side — selling to operators who research before they'll talk to anyone. Dreamzcraft and FineTaxConsultancy gave me service-business sites where trust has to be established in the first scroll. Woodcraft Store Premium and Wooden Handicraft 3D gave me e-commerce — product pages that either convert or don't, no ambiguity. Aura Estates gave me luxury real estate, where restraint sells harder than noise. College IQ gave me the hardest brief of the group: explain an AI-driven product to people who've never used one, in language a first-time visitor understands in under a minute.

Ayava Creatives is what happens when you stop treating “the developer” and “the marketer” as two different people in two different meetings. I'm both, on every account I take on.

Most agency relationships have a translation problem.

By the time I started taking on marketing work directly, I'd already sat in enough client meetings — as the developer, not the marketer — to see the same pattern repeat: the person pitching the strategy wasn't the person who understood how the product actually worked, and the person who understood the product wasn't in the room. Somewhere between the account manager, the strategist, and the person actually touching the ad account or the codebase, the original problem gets restated three times and understood fully by none of them.

That's not a dramatic industry failure — it's just a structural one. Add enough layers between a client and the work, and something gets lost in each handoff, even with good people at every layer.

Ayava exists to remove the layers, not manage them better. I scope the work, I build it, and I run it. When something needs to change mid-campaign, there's no relay — I'm already looking at the same dashboard the client is asking about.

How we operate

The Ayava Method.

This is how every Ayava engagement runs — the same process whether it's a landing page or a full growth program.

  1. 01

    Audit

We map the current state — every channel, every leak — before touching a single campaign.

  2. 02

    Architect

We design the system: channel mix, funnel, and message, sequenced for compounding return.

  3. 03

    Build

We execute — creative, media, code, copy — to a single strategy, not fifteen disconnected vendors.

  4. 04

    Measure

We instrument everything, so results are read from dashboards, not assumed from vibes.

  5. 05

    Scale

What works gets funded harder. What doesn't gets cut fast. No sentimental campaigns.

How I Work

Four commitments, not a values poster.

  • 01

    Direct communication, no relay.

If you have a question about your campaign, you're asking the person running it — not an account manager who'll ask me and get back to you tomorrow.
  • 02

Scoped to the actual problem, not a template package.

I don't have a standard retainer I sell to everyone. Every engagement starts with what your channels, budget, and product actually need — see How We Price for the full reasoning.
  • 03

I build what I market — no handoff gap between strategy and execution.

The strategy doesn't get thrown over a wall to a production team who's never spoken to the client. I write the code and I write the media plan, often for the same account.
  • 04

Fast to cut what isn't working.

I don't keep underperforming channels alive because a client relationship depends on billing for them. If a campaign isn't earning its spend, that gets said plainly, not buried in a monthly report.

Why Founder-Led

Currently a team of one. Here's why that's the point.

Ayava is run by one person right now — me. That's not a stage I'm apologizing for or a fact I'm hiding until it changes. It's the reason the rest of this page reads the way it does: when there's no bench to diffuse responsibility across, the accountability doesn't get diluted either.

  • Direct access

No account-manager relay. You talk to the person doing the work.
  • Operator, not just strategist

The same person who scopes the campaign builds and ships it.
  • Full accountability

One name attached to every deliverable, no diffusion of responsibility across a bench.

Talk to the person who'll actually do the work.

No account manager, no relay — your first conversation is your last handoff.
