How We Price
Every quote is built for the account it's for — not pulled off a shelf.
We don't sell fixed retainer tiers. Every engagement is scoped to your channels, budget, and goals before we name a number.
A fixed package is a guess about your account before we've looked at it.
Fixed pricing tiers work when every customer needs roughly the same thing. Marketing doesn't work that way. A single-location business running one paid channel and a five-market e-commerce brand running six don't belong on the same price sheet — put them there anyway and one of them overpays for capacity they don't use, while the other gets a scope too thin to move the number that matters.
So we price by scope, not by tier. Before we name a figure, we look at which services the work actually needs, how much campaign volume has to be supported, and whether the engagement is a defined project or an ongoing channel to manage. The quote comes out of that scoping conversation — it isn't selected off a menu.
This takes slightly longer than handing over a rate card. It also means the number you get is the number your account actually needs, not the number that happened to be printed on a tier closest to your budget.
What Goes Into a Quote
Three things determine the number.
- 01
Services selected
Which of Ayava's 15 services — or which combination — the engagement actually needs. A Meta Ads account and a full website rebuild are scoped, and priced, differently. - 02
Campaign scale
Ad spend, channel count, and content volume the work has to support. A single-channel launch and a multi-market always-on program carry different operational loads. - 03
Engagement shape
Whether the work is a one-time project with a defined end or an ongoing retainer that runs month over month. See Engagement Models below.
How Engagements Are Structured
Three ways to work with us.
Project-Based
A defined scope with a start and an end. You know what's being delivered and when it's done.Fits a website build, a brand identity, or a single campaign launch.
Ongoing Retainer
Continuous management of a channel or set of channels.Fits always-on paid media, ongoing SEO, or content programs that need consistent attention month over month.
One-Time Audit
A scoped diagnostic engagement with a defined deliverable and no ongoing commitment.Fits an account or creative audit — an outside, expert read on what's working before deciding what to change.
What This Isn't
Two things we don't do, on any engagement.
No hidden fees
The number we quote is the number you pay. Ad spend, platform costs, and any third-party tools are called out separately and upfront — never folded into a line item after the fact.No lock-in contracts
You can leave at the end of any billing cycle. We'd rather earn a renewal every month than trap one with a term you signed before you knew if the work would land.
